Even though @LinearApp is more geared towards software development, it's one of the best project management software out there.
@jimmybaker4821
Can you use these for personal task management?
@renaud_gagne
Zoho Project with Zoho One all the way
@Jaszunai
I had just finished watching the 2023 version of this video today when YouTube recommended me this. Weird coincidence.
@DustinMillerPolyInnovator
What's funny is that I went through all of these before I settled on Notion back in the day, but in 2024 I don't suggest Notion at all anymore. Clickup, Coda, Monday are all pretty good choices.
@BlairSlavin
Downfalls of Notion. You cannot Mas import a bunch of documents from your computer. You have to do each one individually. Pain in the ass. You cannot email documents or email that you’ve received that you wanna save into Notion. You cannot print your pages from Notion.it’s almost like they came up with an idea, but the Notion engineers had a chunk of the brain taken out as to usability
@BlairSlavin
Toll Finder falls down on its face because you guys do not list when you did your last review of each of those hats. So we don’t know how old your review is and how many years and past since they’ve updated so many other things.
@docHOLLAday53
KP & Community – What do you think of Zoho Projects? I really wanted to use Wrike – I’m a Marketing Director – but don’t need multiple seats yet. Oh well, but I looked into Zoho Projects and it really grew on me.
@periteu
I like monday but it cost a lot. I would only use for myself tho, but they dont offer a package for 1 single user. Why tho?
@DannyHatcherTech
I have seen Linear popping up more in conversations – I am curious why they didn't make the cut?
@nmdk-design
I've been looking at ClickUp for a few days. It has potential, but is totally buggy. I have 3 bug reports running for 2 weeks. nothing happens. Many of the other tools (Trello and Monday, for example) fail due to their ability to easily display recurring tasks.
@fifec8187
Liquidplanner is less fancy but a real solid PM tool
@jeremyFIEST
Another all-rounder review!
@aldorodriguez7310
How important are the AI capabilities within this context in your opinion? I know Click up has them and Notion AI as well.
@efficientapp
Coda has really come along a far way over the past few years, crazy to see it able to compete in the project management space!
Great overview of all the project management tools out there 🔥 which one do you use at Tool Finder?
P.S. Quick heads-up, you linked to Monday instead of ClickUp in the description by mistake.
@mr.octopus-plag
Coda is my choice. It’s a fantastic solution for building your PM system, tailored for you almost as an app. I tried most of the other apps but really, Coda is very unique and far more potent than Notion or similars.
@emmgeevideo
I think you should do a video on how you decide to pose for your thumbnails for each episode and a sample photo shoot: Puzzled Francesco, Surprised Francesco, Curious Francesco, etc.
